Fusion 3 is the solution for one pass chopping, baling and wrapping 50-60 bales/hr with only one operator and one tractor â—¦The bale chamber is formed by 18 rollers and splits open with McHale's patented design to transfer the bale to the wrapper. â—¦Wrapping takes only 20-30 seconds so the wrapper is always ready for the next bale. The bale can be tipped out automatically or manually. â—¦10 Extra film rolls can be stored on the machine in addition to the two on the dispensers. â—¦Operator can choose from two banks of chopping knives or utilize all 25 knives for consistent chop length down to about 2. â—¦The McHale proven hydraulic drop floor allows the operator to eliminate intake clogs from the tractor seat. â—¦Automatic oiling and lubrication are standard and delivers a preset amount each time a bale exits the wrapping table. â—¦The Expert Plus Control Console controls operator options and graphically displays the stages of baling and wrapping. 423-368-7753
